1. General

By accessing or using the YMC website, services, programs, retreats, healing sessions, hostel stays, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

YMC offers meditation programs, spiritual workshops, healing sessions, retreats, hostel accommodation, and physical/digital products.

YMC reserves the right to modify program schedules, trainers, or content at any time.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings must be made through the YMC website, WhatsApp, or at the Centre.

  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

  • Payment methods: UPI, card, net banking, and wallet payments.
     

4. Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain discipline, respect, and silence where required inside the centre.

YMC may remove any participant violating rules, without refund.

5. Health & Responsibility

  • Participants must disclose any medical, physical, or psychological conditions prior to attending.

  • YMC is not responsible for injuries, health reactions, or discomfort arising from participation.
     

6. Content Usage

All course materials, recordings, and content belong to YMC.

Resharing, copying, or distributing without permission is prohibited.

7. Liability Limitation

YMC is not liable for:

  • Losses due to misuse of programs,

  • Technical glitches beyond our control,

  • Personal items lost at the center.
     

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply to:

  • Paid programs, workshops, retreats,

  • Healing sessions and one-to-one appointments,

  • Hostel stays,

  • Books or physical products purchased directly through the YMC website, WhatsApp, or at the Centre.
     

Non-Refundable: Donations, annadhanam contributions, and other charitable offerings, as these are voluntary spiritual services.

 

2. Timeframe & Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days from the date of payment or the program start date, whichever is earlier.

  • Contact us via:

  • Please include: your full name, contact details, payment reference, program/appointment name, and reason for refund.
     

 

3. Program, Retreat & Appointment Cancellations

If YMC Cancels

  • If YMC cancels a program, retreat, healing session, appointment, or hostel booking:

    • You may choose a full refund, or

    • Reschedule to a future date at no additional cost.

If the Participant Cancels

  • More than 3 working days before the program/booking/appointment start:

    • Up to 90% refund, after deducting administrative/processing charges.

  • Within 3 working days of the start date or after it has begun:

    • No refund, but YMC may offer credit toward a future batch/session at its discretion.
       

 

4. Books & Physical Products

  • Refunds apply only if:

    • The wrong item was delivered, or

    • The product was damaged during transit.

  • Issues must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.

  • Depending on the case, YMC may offer replacement, store credit, or refund.

  • Shipping charges are refundable only when the error is from YMC’s side.
     

 

5. Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Processing time: within 7 working days after confirming eligibility.
     

 

6. Policy Authority

YMC may request supporting proof, review individual cases, and update this policy periodically.

The latest version published on our official website will be considered final.

Privacy Policy

  • Payment details (processed securely by payment gateways)

  • Booking details

  • Optional health information shared voluntarily for safety purposes
     

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To confirm your bookings

  • To provide program updates

  • To send important notifications and reminders
     

3. Data Protection
  • We do not store card/UPI details.

  • Payment processing is handled securely by PCI-DSS compliant gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

  • Personal data is never sold or misused.
     

4. Communication

By registering, you allow YMC to send updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We only share necessary data with:

  • Payment processors

  • Communication service providers
    No personal data is shared for marketing.
     

6. User Rights

You can request correction or deletion of your data by writing to: admin@ymcorg.com

7. Policy Updates

YMC may update this policy occasionally.
